  • Why groom my pet?

    Grooming is part of responsible pet ownership and contributes to the overall health of your pet. Your pet will be closely observed during the bathing process looking for lumps or bumps that may not otherwise be discovered. Grooming can eliminate various problems such as external parasites or open sores caused by a matted and dirty coat that traps bacteria.



  • What days do you groom?

    We offer services Monday-Friday with appoints times from 8:30am to 3pm.



  • How do I schedule an appointment?

    Because we are out in the vans with the pups during business hours we are unable to converse by phone. Our preferred method of communication is text or email. Please go to our CONTACT page and fill out the Request An Appointment form. We appreciate information you provide about your location and the breed of your pup. It helps us to determine how quickly we can add you to the schedule. We commonly have a 6-10 week wait but will do all we can to find you a spot.


  • Can I add on services at the time of appointment?

    Yes, just let your groomer know what you’d like to add. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

  • When is payment due & what forms do you accept?

    Payment is due when services are completed. We accept credit card, check or cash. We will run the credit card at your door. A receipt for services will be provided.



  • Do I have to be present at the time of grooming?

    No. We are happy to work with “latch key” appointments. Let us know how to best accommodate you. (garage codes, let in by a neighbor, take your pet from a teenager who can meet us at the door).


  • How specific is your appointment time?

    Your appointment time is an approximation of our anticipated arrival. We ask for a 1 hour arrival window (30 minutes before and after the assigned time) While we would love to provide an exact time we will never jeopardize the well-being of your pet by hurrying a groom. We also will not put your groomer at risk rushing in traffic. Please know that we respect your time and will make every effort to maintain our schedule. If we are going to be outside the arrival window we will notify you as soon as possible.


  • How often should I groom my pup?

    Recommended time between groomings will depend on the breed, type of coat and the activity level of your pet.  As a general guideline we suggest every 4-10 weeks.



  • What is your no-show or cancellation policy?

    Clients are asked to notify the office 48 hours before your appointment if you wish to cancel or reschedule in order to avoid charges. No-shows or cancellations less then 48 hours before the appointment time will be charged a $45 Cancellation Fee.



  • What is your policy for extreme weather?

    In the event of extreme weather we make every effort to keep your scheduled grooming appointment. However, because we are a mobile service we can’t guarantee the service schedule. If cancellation is required we will make every effort to reschedule as quickly as possible.
